Rates
You will find all our rates for the ongoing year on our website, on the ROOMS section and for each room category. If they are not shown, rates for next year are available upon request to resa@welcomehotel.com or by simulating a booking on our online booking page.
Our rates include 15% of service fees and are calculated on a 10 % VAT. The tourist tax is 2.20 € per adult (over 18) and per day.
Booking terms and conditions
Any reservation request by email or telephone is processed within 24 hours by sending a rate proposal. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the stay is required.
The Credit Card Debit Authorization form attached to the proposal must be returned, duly completed, with your signature.
Any stay is considered confirmed once the deposit is taken. This deposit will be deducted from the invoice of the booked stay.

Special booking conditions may apply for promotional offers, long stays and groups.
Cancelling terms and conditions
Cancellation without charge until 03 nights before the confirmed date of arrival. After this time, the deposit is retained. Any change to a confirmed booking will be considered a cancellation followed by a new booking if accepted by our booking service.

Breakfast, Room Service & Wine bar
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 7:15 to 10:15 AM, at 20 € per person and per day.
It is served as follows :

Continental breakfast in your room with hot drink, fruit juice, assortment of breads & pastries, butter & jams, yogurt.
- An buffet breakfast under the veranda : self-serve buffet including an assortment of gluten-free products.
Our commercial offers, promotions or packages are valid only on the buffet breakfast served in the veranda.
Any specific request will be fulfilled on request 48 hours in advance.
Room-Service
The hotel offers in-room catering throughout the year, in collaboration with the village restaurants. Continuous service from 12:00 to 10:00 p.m. in winter and from 12:00 to 11:30 p.m. in summer.

Mini-Bar
A mini-bar is available in each room of the hotel.
“Wine Pier” Wine bar
The Welcome Hotel’s wine bar is open from 11:00 to 11:30 pm in winter and from 11:00 to 01:30 am in summer.
You can order your drinks, aperitifs and other cured charcuterie and cheese plates in your room at any time during its opening hours.

Parking
The hotel has a closed private garage with valet parking, available on request from our « reservations » service. It is charged 30€ per night in low season and 46€ per night in medium and high season.
The public car parks, Wilson (50m from the hotel) and Les Marinières (along the beach, at the end of the quay), are paying. Deductible of 30 minutes, then €1.80 per hour (about €43 for 24 consecutive hours).
The Citadel completes this offer with paying places along the surrounding sea (payment by time stamp between 9h and 19h, 20 € the full day) and some completely free places under the drawbridge. In the event of a long stay, a weekly subscription can be purchased from the car park service of the city.

Room categories, capacity and accessibility
Room categories and size
The Welcome Hotel is an old building of more than two centuries. Each of our rooms is distinguished by its size, brightness, decoration, interior design and view.
Our « Classic » rooms are located on the south facade of the building. Overlooking Place Amelie Pollonais, they offer views of the Citadel and the sea, which you can enjoy from your balcony.
All our other rooms and suites, also equipped with a balcony, face the sea directly. From the most intimate to the most spacious, they are then available in several categories: Rooms « Comfort », « Superior » and « Deluxe » to our « Boat cabin » and « Travel » Suites, without forgetting our « Cinema » Junior Suite.

Capacity
All our rooms are equipped to accommodate 1 or 2 people. Room rates are indicated for single or double occupancy (either one or two people).
The Classic, Comfort and Superior rooms can in no case be the subject of a triple occupancy (whether the 3rd person is an adult, a child or a baby). Their size does not allow it.
A guest having booked a Classic, Comfort or Superior room and presenting himself with a 3rd person (adult, child or baby) will be allocated and charged a room of adapted category, according to availability.
The reception of a 3rd person (baby, child or adult) is possible only in our Deluxe rooms, our « Boat cabin » Suite, our « Travel » Suite or our « Cinema » Junior Suite.
The reception of a 4th person (baby or child) is only possible in our « Travel » Suite or our « Cinema » Junior Suite.

Thanks to our connecting rooms, you can combine proximity, comfort and privacy. Several possible combinations according to your needs. Our « Reservations » service is at your disposal for more information.
And for large families, our « Senior Suites » associate either our « Travel » Suite or our « Cinema » Junior Suite with a Superior room, allowing you to enjoy :

- 1 common lounge …and a 5% discount on the combined rate of 2 bedrooms!

Accessibility for persons with reduced mobility
The hotel has a room equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Located on the first floor of the hotel, and of « Superior » category, it has a balcony with direct sea view.
Our « Reservations » service is at your disposal for any further information or special request.
Pets
Dogs are always welcome with pleasure in the hotel at a daily rate of 17,50 €.
Please note that any damage or small accident will be invoiced…
Discounts (applicable only on room prices) and preferential rates
Free for children sharing the parents’ room (up to 12 years old).
« Family » breakfast: 48€ per day for 2 adults and 2 children.
Children (even babies) can only occupy Deluxe rooms, our Suite « Boat Cabin », our Suite « Travel » or our Junior Suite « Cinema », for space reasons.
A guest who has booked a Classic, Comfort or Superior room for 2 people and presents himself with a child or a baby will be allocated and charged a room of adapted category, according to availability. An exception will be granted if a baby sleeps in the same bed as the parents.
Booking our « Senior Suites » (« Travel » Suite or our « Cinema » Junior Suite + one Superior room) will allow you to benefit from a 5% discount on the combined rate of 2 rooms!
